Becoming You: 31 Day Devotional

Throughout these next 31 days, I believe that what you read will challenge you to become a better follower of Jesus. The idea is to become a better version of yourself while also becoming a better follow of Him. This is where the name Becoming You" comes into play. You're not only becoming a better version of yourself but also becoming a better "You," as in Jesus. I am excited to lead you on this journey as a lot of the things that you will be learning about are things that I have struggled with in my life. I want to share my journey and what has helped me along the way. The whole idea is to make our lives look a little more like Jesus. The focus is to look at the life that Jesus lived and follow His footsteps. I believe this journal has the potential to help us look like Him as we will inspire other people to live lives that show love and do amazing things. During this journey, you will see stories of friends and family that somehow relate to the ideas of each day. You will see Bible stories that relate to every day struggles that we all go through. We will look at how we can make slight changes in our lifestyle that will show the people around us what it means to be a follower of Jesus. I challenge you to decide right now to read this every single day. To become a better follower, we must try every day to get better and that is what this project is designed to do.
