In Revelations 12:11 it says "And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death."I have found my path to overcoming the strongholds that the enemy has thrown at me, by continually sharing my testimony every time God has brought me through a trial or a trauma. And each time I could feel the Light of God shining ever so bright into the dark places of shame, fear and all that the enemy would try to keep me bound in. It would destroy Satan's grip on my mind and also bring life and healing to others.My prayer for you is that whatever battle you are facing that you would embrace the process of true victory through the path of God's Word.
