Our man, Charles "Charlie" Warner Kennedy O'Brien, Private Investigator [or Private Eye as he prefers to be called] is tasked by the excellent property management company [i.e. VMS aka Village Management Services] and the Residents managing committee [e.g. GRF aka Golden Rain Foundation] as well as the FBI and the OCSD [i.e. Orange County Sheriff's Department] to solve this heinous 'While collar' crime.
