INTRODUCTION 1.1 Prelude In the progressive era of today psychological researches can be proved useful unlike physics, experiments are conducted in psychology, but experimental related variables cannot be controlled to tally and the constant result of its is discussed. But the problems existing in society cannot be taken into a laboratory and can't be controlled completely. Therefore, such problems prevailing in the society can be studied through social science like sociology, economics, psychology etc. And though these searches and researcher something new is invented and these types of researches are beneficial for us and such researches are always welcome. In this circumstance this is my humble attempt to do research on such beliefs of the society. According to Kothari, "India's future is Dresses in its classroom". Adolescence has an important role in shaping the future of any country. Adolescence is the future of the country. Family, school, environment, community groups play an important role in proper development of adolescence. If the adolescences get a suitable environment, their personality develops properly and they can better adjust in the society. The person who has a good personality is also well-documented about himself and Because of this, high levels of self-esteem are found in him. Good things in the personality of adolescence can help them achieve self-esteem. An individual whose personality is organized is also found to be better in perception of others. If a person is good perception of society, then he is offering something new in society.
