In ancient time, India had the Gurukula Structure which changed with passage of time and many new changes evolved with it. At present though the management and planning of school education is primarily a State Government subject, Central Government also legislates in this area. In India the Education Structures are multifaceted and difficult. Education is learning as well as teaching activity to develop the knowledge, attitude and overall personality of individuals and make them prepare to live a meaningful life. Education makes an individual rational. In fact, without an education training of human mind is not complete. The Nation's power depends on how well educated its citizens are. Among all Professionals, Educators are the most significant expert who exceptionally contributes to the fate of the country. But, now a day; it has been experiential that teachers are living very stressful life because dealing with too many students and always expecting high level performance is itself a stressful situation. School plays a major basis of stress for teachers. Daily they have to contract with students, staff members and other issues related to it like absenteeism, insufficient funding, lack of support etc. as well as other tasks allocated to them. Even after reaching at home, they have other tasks to perform - Evaluation, prepare teaching notes, and prepare curriculum, Check note books. Some of them are even doing Up- Down and have a problem to understand local language. The accomplishment of any instructive program and country relies to a great extent on the adequacy of the instructor's work. The educator shapes the most significant connection between the instructive framework and instructive program. They are designated "Country developers'' as they give direction, motivation and method of reasoning to all the exercises held by the school. Consequently, their place in our educational system is of highest significance.
