`Monsoon' comes from an Arabic word 'Mausim', means season. A seasonal reversing of wind, is coming from Africa to southeast Asia and covering a major part of the tropical eastern Hemisphere, called the world's major monsoonal region. The mechanism behind this seasonal reversal in wind direction is very interesting. The gigantic sea and land breezes simply can explain the mechanism behind the seasonal changes in wind direction over the world's monsoon region over the north of the equator. Furthermore, the sea area expands over a vast part that controls the southern share of the monsoon zone. A large land-sea temperature gradient develops over to the intense heating over the western North Africa and southern Asia, when northern hemisphere's summers starts the development of the gigantic sea breeze. In the local level, the moist air transport to the landward with the development of the large-scale sea-breeze which paving the intense showers and thunderstorms over the course. At the end of the monsoon season the land starts cooling, and the gradual oshore winter monsoon starts. As a matter of fact, the hot and warm zone shifts southward and settle over the Southern Hemisphere. The gigantic phenomena of the South-Asian (SA) monsoon is very complex and is the heart of the major monsoon zone. With some regional adjustments the IMD has identied four climatology seasons in international standard over the year. January to February (JF) considered as winter, March-April-May (MAM) are called summer, monsoon season lasts from June-July-August- September (JJAS), and October-November-December (OND) are considered as post-monsoon season. These seasons are considered with some regional adjustments. Indian subcontinent faces maximum temperature during the month of May and the climatology temperature distribution is considered . The Indian subcontinent experience massive heat during the month of May which draws the monsoon trough over northern India and the adjoining region .
