If she does have her first one, there needs to be a sibling to grow up with; so she needs to have the next one! With all due respect, of course, many of these featherbrained half-witted people in some areas have become extinct; however, you will be surprised! Not everyone comprehends what a woman goes through when she has tried everything, just to see the face of her child and fails at it.
