The book 'Appellate Practice in Ghanaian Courts (Principles and Procedure)' provides a very useful guide to the practice of appeals, especially civil appeals in the Superior Courts of Ghana. It is not limited to appeals in the Court of Appeal, but appeals from district court to the High Court, appeals from circuit court to the Court of Appeal, appeals from the High Court, appeals from the Court of Appeal and appeals to the Supreme Court. Circumstances under which the Supreme Court will grant special leave in exercise of its jurisdiction conferred on Article 131(2) of the Constitution 1992, has been dealt with in this book.
