The Azov and its crew have been granted safe harbor in the United Arab Emirates, but it comes with a catch. The Azov must go on a mission to Yemen. Its purpose? To assassinate the political leader of the Houthi rebels. The Circle of Fire agrees to go, except for Farrukh, who strikes a deal with the Emirati command to stay behind in Dubai with his family. Their illusion of safety is quickly shattered by a brazen attack that forces them to go on the run in the unforgiving desert.
