Dirty, rotten, filthy, stinkin' rich... but still morally bankrupt! Sixteen-year old Sebastian "Seth" Von Miere, the grandson of former '80s glam metal rocker/hotel owner Nicholas Von Miere, is the cocky, foul-mouthed, wannabe rock star offspring of two convicted felons. On his birthday, big-haired Seth drunkenly drives his new luxury ride into Sunset Strip's hottest restaurant. He gets sentenced to ninety days in rehab, but has no intention of getting sober. A few days after he enters, Seth meets glamalicious, leather-and-lipstick lovin' Foxy, the sleazy drummer son of a real estate tycoon. Foxy becomes the best friend Seth never had. Pretty soon, the terror twins decide to break out of the center and spend the day visiting a forbidden island prison, girl-watching at Santa Monica Pier, getting wasted, hooking up with strangers, rocking out on Sunset Strip, and living it up like there's no tomorrow. Throughout the day, Seth and Foxy watch Nicholas and his bandmates host a live webcam interview where they reveal their most shocking, shameless, and tragic secrets. The gang is also getting ready for the most rockin' fashion show of the year. Meanwhile, Seth re-reads the autobiography of sixteen-year old Paula Sinclair, a former Hollywood call girl who slept her way into the position of top groupie to glam metal super-stud Cokehead McKinley. Her rock n' roll fairytale quickly becomes a nightmare of drugs, violence, rivalry from jealous fellow groupies, and the band's bus driver, who wants her dead. Seth and Foxy's day of debauchery and sin soon turns into a night of terror when they visit a drug den just south of the Strip. Before the night is over, Seth realizes he has way too much in common with his psychopathic father and is doomed to follow his path to ruin.
