As time moves on at St James' College, changes are in the offing. Professor Edward Stones, the renowned Dean of Discipline, is preparing for retirement but is as active as ever, dispensing chastisement to the bare buttocks of all who deserve it - and some that just desire it! Emily Govan is about to graduate, but her eye is on a prize other than her degree certificate.
